Trust & security
Hand work off without the anxiety
The sensitive part of delegating is access to your tools, data, and client relationships. These are the practical boundaries used to reduce that risk.
Clear scope before access
We agree which tasks are internal vs client-facing before anyone touches your inbox, calendar, CRM, or finance tools.
NDA-ready
Access only to what the work needs. Happy to sign your NDA and work inside your existing stack with delegated access - not shared passwords.
Password managers, not password sharing
We use proper credential hygiene: password managers, 2FA where available, and revocable access you control.
Two-week fit check
We review the scope and working rhythm after two weeks. If it isn't helping, we adjust or wind down cleanly - no long lock-in.
How access works
- 01Scope the tools required for the agreed packs only
- 02Prefer delegated access (email, calendar) and role-based permissions
- 03Store credentials in a password manager you control
- 04Expand access gradually as trust and ownership grow
- 05Revoke cleanly if the engagement pauses or ends
Our stance on AI
Human judgment owns the relationship and the decisions that touch your clients or business. AI may speed drafting, research, or formatting where it helps - never as a hidden substitute for accountability. If AI touches a workflow, we'll say so in the intake and keep a human review gate where it matters.
Any use of AI is discussed before it enters a client workflow.
Tools we commonly work in
- Email & calendar (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar)
- Project tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday)
- CRM & ops (HubSpot and similar)
- Finance admin (Xero, QuickBooks - within agreed scope)
- Slack / Teams for communication
- Documentation and knowledge tools used by your team
